Forgot your @education password

The I.T. department can reset your password with a temporary one, which can only be changed after 24 hours and must be updated within 7 days.

Staff can register for self-service password resets by setting up three security questions here:

If you have set up 2FA, you can add your mobile number. This allows you to click "Forgot Password" and receive a code on your phone, bypassing the need to answer the security questions. Set up the Microsoft Authenticator app as your verification method - Microsoft Support
