Installation and Licensing Guide: RealCAD 5.5

Step 1: Access the Installation Files

  1. openOpen fileFile explorerExplorer. in
  2. In the address barbar, typeenter:
    or copy in \\018827FS001\Programs



  3. If you are askedprompted to loginlog toin: access
      this
    • Username: share
      username is your curric\WRCDE username (example curric\abc1234) and your WRC password

    • Password:
      FindYour DE password
  4. Navigate to the folder RealCAD-v5.5 and open the folder
it.
  • Double-click
    DoubleClick on RealCAD-v5.5-Installer.exe to start the installer
    installation.
  • followFollow the on-screen instructions to install
    complete the installation.
  • Once

    Step 2: License RealCAD 5.5

    has been installed we now to need license the software
    1. Launch

      onRealCAD 5.5 for the first timetime.

    2. Click ReadCAD5.5 click on Set License Key

    3. ThenUnder click on 
      under Have you purchased?, clickselect Yes
      .
    4. Choose Connect to a licensed network server 

      .
    5. type inEnter or copy \\018827APP002\RealCAD-Network-Licensingthe following into the address barbar:
      and\\018827APP002\RealCAD-Network-Licensing double click on keyserver.ini



    6. OnDouble-click thekeyserver.ini.
      7. next
    7. Important: promote doDo not click okOK rightimmediately. awayIT as I.T needs tomust restart open the RealCAD5.RealCAD 5.5 License serverServer to apply the Licenselicense to your devicedevice. onceOnce the license has been appliedapplied, youRealCAD are5.5 goodis toready gofor use.

    Step 3: Troubleshooting



    If you receive an error message belowduring youlicensing:

      • Sign in with your WRC account (not your WRCemail address)
