Setting up an Existing Windows laptop

1. Ensure any work or important files are backed-up via OneDrive, Google Drive, USB, etc. 

2. Login to the laptop and search for Reset this PC in Settings. 

3. Choose “Remove Everything” and follow the prompts. 

4. Refer to Section A: New laptop.
