1. Approvals for Multiple Permission Requests

Message to Approver

Subject: Staff member Compass permissions request (date of request)

Hi Approver,

A staff member has requested to be added to the following Compass permission groups:

EventsPower
Allows the user (when they are not the Event Organiser) to add/remove attendees to the event, update attendee statuses, contact attendees/parents/staff regarding the event, and download any exports available to the event organiser.

LeftStudentProfileView
Allows the user to view profile pages of students who have left the school.

Would you kindly confirm whether you approve all of the requested Compass permissions, or only selected items?

2. Approvals for a Single Permission Request

PulseAdmin
Gives staff the ability to build Pulse dashboards and publish dashboards.

Would you kindly confirm whether you approve the requested Compass permission?

  • Ensure all approvals are recorded before updating Compass permissions.
