Important: All PDF files need tomust be named using the student's code,code such(e.g., asRAD1234) RAD1234.for the upload to work correctly.

Step 1: Access Semester Reports

1. Open Compass.

2. Click the pencil icon (✏️).

3. Select Semester Reports.

Step 2: Create a New Report Cycle

1. On the Semester Reports page, click New Report Cycle.

Step 3: Set Up the Report Cycle

1. Enter a name for the cycle.

2. SetSelect the correct year and semester.

3. Change the status to Publisher.

Step 4: Upload PDF Reports

1. Return to the Semester Reports page.

2. Click the meatball menu (three vertical dots) next to the cycle.

3. Select Upload Reports.

Step 5: Upload Student PDFs

1. Set the Upload Identifier to Username.

2. Drag and drop the student PDF files (named using student codes) into the upload area.

3. No need to click Save — files will upload automatically.

Step 6: Publish the Reports

1. On the Semester Reports page, findclick the meatball menu for the cycle.

2. ClickSelect Edit Report Cycle.

3. SelectChoose the groups (students/parents/students, parents, guardians) you want to publish the reports to.
