Sync Error: Enrollment Threshold Exceeded

If you see the syncfollowing iserror gettingduring thea sync: ERROR: Class classcode:: Number of new and removed enrolments exceeds acceptable threshold. (New: 0.8387097 > 0.75, Removed: 0.7619048 > 0.75)


This ishappens because the sync is makingattempting too many changes andat once.

Resolution

To proceed, we need to callcontact compassCompass to have temporarily adjust thesethe safety settingssettings. thisThis willadjustment:

reduce
  • Reduces the safety checks for 2 hours

  • Allows the sync to complete without being blocked by threshold limits.

    • After requesting the adjustment, Compass will emailsend you foran youemail to Consentconsent to the Safety Check Adjustment temporary lowering of safety checks

    checks.

    Note: This is a temporary measure and the original safety thresholds will be restored automatically after 2 hours.
