Sync Error: Enrollment Threshold Exceeded

If you see the following error during a sync: ERROR: Class : Number of new and removed enrolments exceeds acceptable threshold. (New: 0.8387097 > 0.75, Removed: 0.7619048 > 0.75)

This happens because the sync is attempting too many changes at once.

Resolution

To proceed, we need to contact Compass to temporarily adjust the safety settings. This adjustment:

• Reduces the safety checks for 2 hours.
• Allows the sync to complete without being blocked by threshold limits.

After requesting the adjustment, Compass will send you an email to consent to the temporary lowering of safety checks.

Note: This is a temporary measure and the original safety thresholds will be restored automatically after 2 hours.
